Fullstack Developer (Laravel)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Product & Development team in Cyberjaya. You’ll work on mission-critical platforms for government and enterprise clients, building features that handle real data and real users. This is a contract role where you’ll own parts of the stack—from database design to front-end UI—using Laravel, Vue.js, and cloud-native tools like Docker and Kubernetes. If you’re someone who learns by building and debugging, and you’re comfortable working with Linux and relational databases, this might be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
You’ll develop and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP) on the back end and Vue.js with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS on the front end. You’ll write SQL queries for MySQL or PostgreSQL, containerize applications with Docker, and help deploy them on Kubernetes clusters. You’ll also collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand requirements and ship reliable code. We value people who can figure things out on their own—self-taught skills are welcome here.
Requirements
- Laravel & PHP: Solid experience building RESTful APIs and backend logic with Laravel.
- Vue.js & Frontend: Comfortable with Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS for responsive UIs.
- Relational Databases: Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL—writing migrations, queries, and optimizing indexes.
- Docker & Kubernetes: Practical experience containerizing apps and managing deployments in a Kubernetes environment.
- Linux Systems: Working knowledge of Linux command line, file permissions, and basic server administration.
- Self-Taught Mindset: Ability to learn new tools and solve problems without hand-holding. You’ve built projects or contributed to open source.
- Good Communication: Can explain technical decisions to non-technical team members and document your work clearly.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related
Benefits
- Statutory contributions: EPF (KWSP), SOCSO.
- Medical coverage: Outpatient
- Work Remotely
